Jessica Torres
Future Rock(star) Customer Advocate
Driven all-around techie (web developer / project manager / UI designer / productivity nerd 🤓). I've known I am a natural problem-solver since my days of solving 1000-piece puzzles on summer break (that was an impressive feat in the 6th grade). I have a knack for always seeing the 'thing that's out of place'. This allows me to quickly weed out paths I don't need to go down when finding solutions.
I have a passion for helping people and I am confident that I will be able to approach Rock's Customer Advocacy Role with empathy and humanity first. Of course, as a new user myself, I also have a vested interest in seeing that the product continues improving, solving customers' problems, and being the "missing piece" 🧩 in their workflow. Looking forward to meeting and working with what sounds like an amazing team!

Jessica is a digital genius and can figure out anything! She has greatly improved my site's function and appearance making it so much easier to navigate and shop. She has offered marketing tips and suggestions and has a real empathy for a small business owner like myself. It’s worth the peace of mind to have a pro on call and I’d recommend her to anyone, do not hesitate!

I've known Ms. Torres for several years. All this time I have been impressed by her professionalism, charisma, and attention to detail. You would be hard-pressed to find such a great engineer anywhere else. Whether it is managing projects or working on them, she always delivers what she promises, on time and within budget. Have only good things to say about her because my experience has been great.
